Whew... this one was... challenging. I find Jarek's costumes from this game to be just awful. But as Jim Lee likes to say, "There are no bad costumes, just bad artists." So I did my best to stay closer to one side of that spectrum than the other.
It's hard to discern many of the details of his outfit from the models of the era and what scant reference is available, hence some creative license was in order. The theme of his getup suggests a collar would be better served with an ascot. And while I can't really be sure what his chest piece is supposed to represent, since he fights with Dragon Style Kung Fu, it seemed cool to construct it out of dragon's teeth. His shoulder-spikes also became tooth-like to match.
So there you have it-- what I'm told is the last remaining entry for Game-Art-HQ's MK Tribute!

I hate his MKA design too, his alternative and MK4 design is better.
